Our Assembly of Aluminum Profiles process uses technology that enables the production of thermal break profiles that improve energy and acoustic performance. The interruption of aluminium’s high thermal conductivity increases comfort inside the home and allows significant savings.

This assembly service is characterised by the joining of two or more profiles, by means of a polyamide, and can also be reinforced with filling between the profiles. It can be applied to raw profiles as well as Lacquering , Anodizing or with another type of finish.

With this technology it is possible to produce structures with an interior colour different from the exterior with the obvious aesthetic advantages that this brings.
