alum\u00ednio, recomendam-se alguns cuidados na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da caixilharia das suas janelas para que os materiais se mantenham 100% funcionais e a est\u00e9tica preservada. Assim, recomenda-se a limpeza regular devendo considerar-se, em m\u00e9dia, entre 2 a 3 vezes por ano, utilizando uma esponja suave, \u00e1gua quente e um sab\u00e3o l\u00edquido com PH neutro. Para finalizar, deve ser passada \u00e1gua limpa e um pano absorvente.<\/p>\n<p>Em zonas pr\u00f3ximas de ind\u00fastrias qu\u00edmicas ou do mar, recomenda-se este processo de limpeza uma vez por m\u00eas, no m\u00ednimo, para evitar as manchas de sal ou outros materiais corrosivos.<\/p>\n<p>Para limpeza dos rails, sugere-se a aspira\u00e7\u00e3o. Em caso algum, devem ser utilizados objetos cortantes ou perfurantes a locais de dif\u00edcil acesso.<\/p>\n<p>Deve ser assegurada manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os mecanismos (fechaduras, cremonas, acess\u00f3rios) atrav\u00e9s de lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o com aplicador ou pincel.<\/p>\n<p>No caso das janelas de correr, n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a coloca\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3leo, uma vez que j\u00e1 se encontram lubrificadas.<\/p>\n<p>Em caso de obras, proteja as suas caixilharias com uma fita protetora removendo-as apenas no final.
